What if the tenant doesn’t have an email address?
Access to a credit report on RealSerious.com must be authenticated using an email address. A tenant can usually get local internet access at a public library and set up a free email account with a provider such as MSN.com, Yahoo.com or GMail.com. If your tenant can't get an email address, you may order an instant eviction record or criminal record using the tenant's name and date of birth. The only other option is for you to set up a professional account offered by AmerUSA.com which enables landlords and agents instant access to credit reports without the tenant's email address.
How long does it take to receive results?
Results are delivered as soon as the tenant accepts your request and verifies his or her identity - the whole process usually takes just a few minutes. To speed up the process, you can even tell the tenant [as soon as your order is placed] to visit RealSerious.com and sign up (this is basically what the RealSerious.com email instructs the tenant to do). Eviction and criminal records are delivered instantly without the tenant's email address.
What if the tenant didn't receive my request by email?
If the tenant has not received an email from RealSerious.com to create an account and accept your screening request, he or she can still do so by going directly to RealSerious.com and clicking on the "Sign Up" button. Note: The tenant must create his or her account with the same email address used for placing your order.
What if I provided the tenant's wrong email address?
If you provided the incorrect email address for your tenant, you can edit your order by visiting "View Results/Edit an Order" located in your control panel.
What if my tenant is unable to pass the identity verification?
If your tenant has difficulty with the identity verification process, have the tenant call customer service for assistance on how to verify his or her identity so RealSerious.com can release the file to you.
What are your processing hours?

Do you offer a full credit report?
Yes. RealSerious.com offers a full credit report. The only difference between our report and a professional account report (from AmerUSA.com) is that we have removed the account numbers, SSN and other identifiers. Therefore, you'll have everything else including the credit score, names of creditors, collection agencies, public records and much more.
Do you offer an eviction record search?
Yes. RealSerious.com offers an instant eviction search using the tenant's name and date of birth. No email address is required.
What if I have more than one person interested in the same property?
Spouses, roommates and cosigners may be added on the same order, but if you have multiple applicants that will not be living together (they are simply competing for the same unit), you must submit a separate order for each distinct group or family.
What payment methods do you accept?
RealSerious.com ONLY accepts VISA or MASTERCARD payments from the landlord/agent. We do not accept American Express or Discover Card. It is the landlord’s/agent’s responsibility to charge a tenant an application fee.

What if the tenant does not have a social security number?
If your tenant doesn't have a social security number, you may order an eviction record or criminal record. Access to a credit report is only available from those tenants that have established credit history using a valid social security number.
How long will report results stay in my account?
All results are stored in your account for 60 days. If you choose to print a copy of your tenant’s results, it is imperative that you store them securely.
